All outfits rented from Rentstylo are provided for temporary use only. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding reasonable wear from standard use. Alterations, permanent changes, or misuse are not permitted.
The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date. Delays in returns may affect future availability for other users and may result in additional action as outlined during order confirmation.
Rentstylo accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only checkout option. Payment is collected at the time the outfit is delivered.
If a return or refund is approved in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, the refund is processed through bank transfer only. Customers may be asked to share limited details required to complete the transfer. This information is used solely for this purpose.
Orders may be canceled within the window specified during checkout. Once an outfit has been dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible. Availability of items may change, and Rentstylo reserves the right to decline or adjust orders if an item becomes unavailable.
